We notify you before AI task executions, tokens, or audience capacity approach the limit. If you need more capacity for the month, you can purchase add-on usage or adjust your plan with help from our consultants.

No. AI Agent and CDP are SaaS tools designed for marketing and business teams. Marketers can configure and operate them directly. For advanced API or workflow integrations, our team can provide technical support.

Can I use AI Agent without CDP?
Yes. The AI Agent Starter plan includes core task modules for brands that are getting started. If you need more precise audiences, cross-platform syncing, and personalization, you can upgrade to include CDP.
How do you ensure AI Agent content quality?
AI Agent generates content based on your brand settings, performance data, and market signals. Teams can edit, override, or add approval flows to prevent off-brand content from being published automatically.
Do you support multiple brands or websites?
Pro and above can support multiple data sources. For multi-brand operations such as media groups, franchise brands, or agencies, Enterprise can be customized as a dedicated implementation.
